Engine would shut off intermittent. Would not pick up crankshaft sensor at times. All issues were resolved
The service for my auto need was great. Thank you. From contact of the order to shipping. Awesome!
Not sure why you keep sending me emails because you already know I received and installed and gave a review and sent my old one back to you on time and I have all me records for the lifetime warranty have a nice weekend
If you received the exchange why have you been harassing he if I received the new one
We had no issues with the computer! Instructions were user friendly and ready to go
It wasn't perfect but after trying two other company's product it's the best operating one of the three. Not only the best one, but one that I decided to keep using. It still has one minor issue that doesn't set the MIL. The issue is improper transmission temperature reading. The sensor has been changed in hopes of correct the bad reading. This causes a harsh up shift after slowing down but no coming to a complete stop. Here it goes I'm dropping names.
The first company I tried was Flagship 1. After installing the computer and following the installation instructions the car started with no issues. Starting and running was about the only thing their replacement could perform. The card didn't go into closed loop after a quick warm up. So I thought may be the O2 sensor need to warm up and took it for a quick drive. It didn't take long to realize it was dumping fuel into the engine. Then you need to be careful with their warranty if you don't contact within 30 days you're hosed. After return their door stop that they called a computer they charged me for programing.
Vivid Racing was the other company I tried. They get the dishonorable notation for charging me and not delivering. Instead of verifying that they could deliver they took my money then told me left me hanging. Only later to say they weren't able to fill my order.
Super easy ordering process, and very knowledgeable staff. Shipping and handling was a little long(2 weeks from ordering to in hand, wich is less than advertised) but after calling they were more then happy to give a very detailed update on my order. If I should ever need another pcm, I will be ordering from car computer and exchange.
I'm very pleased with the service so far you guys are very prompt and I'm sure if there's an issue you'll work with me…. I have a professional shop looking at it right now if there's an issue, I will contact your customer service.
They were very quick and my jeep was fixed in no time
All was well until yesterday. Now my code reader will not link up with the computer. All fuses are good.
Ordered a new PCM. First one they programed didn't pass tests, had to wait a bit longer. Worked fine after getting the keys programed.

Part identified easily and order was expedited properly
Very good talk to and was very happy helping me get the best part for my car
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
