Initially I was treated very well the ordering process went smoothly and shipping and delivery was handled professionally. Unfortunately the first computer did not hold the Flash as it was supposed to and trying to reach them and deal with a warranty or repurchase has so far been frustrating. If they would have sent me the right part at 1st then I would have not have to pay for towing. 3 times they sent me the wrong part.
Very good experience got my computer followed directions and swapped them out and the new computer fixed all my issues I've been having. Would recommend too anyone looking for a new computer.
Service was fine but it did not correct all of my problems.
I spent almost 6 months trying to understand my pcm code on my 99 dodge ram. I would receive the "no bus" code after about 15 minutes of driving and my truck would stop running. After exhausting all my options and trying a new pcm from another company, I decided to try a new pcm from car computer exchange. It saved my truck and runs like new. So happy about it. They were efficient and the pcm worked perfectly. It doesn't overheat like my old one and it came relatively quickly. They programmed it correctly unlike the other company. I'm happy with my purchase!
