So far so good. Part arrived 2 days ago. Installed on Sunday. Drove about 20 miles and my transmission shifting issues seem to be resolved.

At the time I received the computer I still needed to have the keys re-flashed, but I needed the old computer to do this. So, they a little more time before I needed to send the core back. Computer in our truck having issues. Dealer refused to touch it due to age of truck. Computer Exchange says they will provide replacement computer that can be installed by us. Still need to install and see if it works.
Super easy to order and install. Be aware you need to have the part number on your unit when you order, not just the vehicle ID. In my case they meant removal of old unit before finalizing the order.
It works like new and was shipped within the time frame they stated.
