Smooth and easy and the people are knowledgeable about their product
Car Computer Exchange prompted me to provide the information they needed so the PCM exchange was seamless, just like the last time I needed their services for a different vehicle.
I don't think my issue now is with the computer. I think it maybe an issue with ground wires. I spent 400 dollars for nothing. It's not the company's fault that I replaced it, but I thought it was the most logical thing to do. The computer works fine, I just have to dig a little deeper to find out the real cause of my problems.
Todo bien aun no lo instalo pero todo estara bien espero funcione coml lo espero gracias
Very good and easy to deal with. I will recommend you to other people.
The ordering process was fast and not complicated. The representative guided me through the entire process and completed my order in less that 30 minutes. The follow-up email came and I sent back the requested information (VIN, manufacturing date, etc.). The actual part arrived in 3-5 days FedEx as promised, and the best part? It works great!
Site was easy to use. Shipping was fast. So far so good. Installed w/o issue.
Thank you very much as it was easy customer service is great I will refer you to anybody that has a problem
Great customer service I called in with all my information on my Jeep she said it will be ship in 3-4 days programed and ready ro plug in it showed on time works awesome
It took a bit for the ecm to be shipped, but when it was, I was able to get it ahead of time, and use the instructions included to install it properly.
To be determined had to return for exchange, haven't heard back yet but time will tell
Great product & fast shipping! They were easy to get ahold of when I had questions. Would definitely purchase from them again.
The part did not fix the problem and CNN has been shipped back for refund, everything was followed by instructions and the part did not solve the Vand issues
Did exactly what they said they would. ECU seems to be working great!
I'd be curious on returns if anyone ever has one that isn't "unrepairable" according to their return policy, seems very fishy and no explanation of WHY return was unrepairable just got back amount of refund that signifies that unit was "unrepairable". Very hard to contact anyone that could answer any questions and after they received returned PCM it still took over a month and a half to get a refund issued, guess I should just be glad to receive anything.
Experience with car computer exchange was great will recommend to anyone
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
