Pleasant experience ordering, but it took a bit longer than expected to arrive.

Overall very happy with this company. Fast programming and delivery.

Module was programmed correctly. Was in place in my vehicle within 15 minutes and worked perfectly.

We were pleased how easy the website was to navigate, place our order and the timely manner in which we received the computer.

I don't recall the 'important' information regarding the 'new' care Warranty being told to me upon purchase. The only thing I remember is that the warranty would not be effective until the 'old' computer was returned. I was not told about the CORE Fees or the 7-day return policy! Since Im not fixing the car myself, my control of returning the computer is really out-of-my hands and all I can do is relay this info. To the car dealer, so Im a little disappointed in this experience!

Gavin was very helpful and professional when I ordered an ECM for my car. Installation was quick and easy with instructions provided and car runs great again.

Aside from the cost of the computer $218 including shipping, it cost me $150 to have my car transported to a facility and have the computer flashed at the cost of $275. I had checked several web sites and this one sounded like the way to go. I was not about to wait for a replacement. I needed the car and wanted it fixed now.

So far was easy to navigate site. Fast delivery also prepaid core return.

When I sent my original one in for repair you never repaired it and you charged me
