Just finished my two back to back vacations with BookVip.com, 7 nights at Krystal Cancun and 3 Nights at Newport Beachside resort at Miami, Florida. Loved all inclusive package at Krystal, Cancun, with bonus of 2 additional nights, free Airport pickup, and $100 Amazon Gift card for paying full amount while booking the vacation. All services at Krystal were so great with friendly staff and in addition to amazing beach front resort. Also enjoyed, Newport beachside, ocean front resort, and shopping plaza just across the street. Great location!.

They booked me in a time share in Punta Cana. The resort cancelled my reservation with no explanation and Book VIP wanted to send me to Cancun Mexico. Forget about the fact that I had already purchased non refundable plan tickets for 4. When I told them there is no way I could cancel they found me a resort in Punta Cana but I would have to pay an extra $400 per child which I had 2. What is the purpose of getting a deal and doing the time share if at the end they will charge you the same as if I would have booked without the obligation of a time share. This has ruined my whole vacation. I am not going to Punta Cana now- THANK YOU for that BookingVIP. I will never use your site again. ANother thing is you are not speaking to anyone in the US so the customer service is crap.
I paid for a resort in Cabo San Lucas but they switched me to Jose del cabo that is 20 min away from the main cabo you needed a car and taxi or buds too expinsive

We had a great vacation. The resort was wonderful, the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The presentation we listened to was completely hassle free. We will be visiting Sandos Playacar again! This time as members.
We picked a great resort to visit in Playa del Carmen Mexico, Bookvip helped us make the reservation, upon further review the hotel was not available those nights and Bookvip found us a different hotel, a little more money but same location. We arrived at our hotel found out it wasn't even close to where we wanted to be, the place was a dump top to bottom. We stayed 1 night and left. Forget the fact they make you sit thru a 4 hour timeshare presentation. Why would any descent travel site tell you how great a resort is and it turns out to be a garbage dump.
My fault for not doing my homework, but I'll never use Bookvip again.

I paid the entire price for the vacation deal with open dates for 12 months, got the confirmation emails, but when i called the customer service to actually book the dates, they told me i have to pay again!? Even though i already paid the total price! I spent few hours trying to get my $$ back and got nowhere! Bunch of thieves!

I booked a vacation with them got it all paid for and was excited. I get a call the next day that I can't go to the resort that my reservation was made at. So they offer me to crappy motels with no outside pools in place of it. This place sucks

If they find out that you are travelling with your friends or other family members, they cancel your reservation even you make separate reservations. It is good only couples and groups. Be carefull, check all the terms and conditions which is hidden at the very bottom of their website.
