I was happy with the bookng of my trip I cannot wait till its time to go and thanks again for letting me book though you. I will tell many people about the service and hope they enjoy it.
I placed my order through you based upon the advertisement on fb.it said suites so i called and set my dates and paid get there to find it was a tiny hole in the wall bedroom woth to full size bed.my fiancee and i had absolutely no privacy. I called your company as soon as i seen the room was not a suite and the male person whom answered thw phone hung up on me put me on hold without saying a word and never returned. I messged you on fb with no reply. I was and am veey disappointed
Plans change, I feel that is their profit. It would be nice to get a full refund not just a 1 year option to use. It's my fault I know better than to pay in full. We will see how the trip goes if we use it, and I will let everyone know. Best luck to all of you. Steve
I was specific in what I was looking for when booking. The customer service representative gave the wrong information when asked about what my family needed and accommodations for our stay. I started to cancel but the price is what sold me. However, I had to spend more money than expected because I had to change some of the plans for our stay to accommodate their mistake, rather than them accommodate me as a paying customer!
Affordable price for a top notch service and vacation, family is excited for all the amenities. The resort is close to everything we want to see
BookVIP started calling me a few days after I booked my trip accusing me of booking a group vacation with other travelers. They named several names and accused me of collusing with these people to travel as a group. They continued calling, kept threatening to charge me an extra $150 a night, told me they had launched an investigation, and then they refused to let me cancel when I got sick of their harassment. These people really need to get a life. The trip was fine, but the people at BookVIP really suck at making a customer feel welcome. I felt like a criminal just for booking with them.

The reason you can save up to 80% with first time visitor promotions is because the resort are sponsoring the promotions in echange for meeting their elgiibility reequirements. Unforunately, the resorts do not allow for Group Travel with this promotion and this sometimes is challending as naturall everyone wants to take advtnage of saving up to 80% vacations with their friends. Upon checking in we were told false information from bookvip. Our deposit for the room was more than the entire trip. Room were terrible and so was the service. Never ever again.

I will have to say this vacation was a nightmare all because of book vip. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee in the mornings let alone a nice breakfast we were promised. Just like the 5 star oceanfront room what a joke a view of the roof from a 1972 old holiday inn room where the carpet was so dirty it stained your feet black. No clean towels unless we hunted the maid down! Never again. Very poor excuse for a resort Westgate at myrtle beach SUX!

Pricing and destinations was good but customers service was a challenge, representatives seemed aggravated after I asked numerous questions just to get a clear understanding as to what i was purchasing
I booked my room with no problems and look foward to a beautiful vacation with my husband and 2 daughters.
I talk with the Representative and she let me know all of the qualifications that me and my husband will need when arrive at the hotel. Just a few days ago I received a confirmation email saying that the reservations has been booked for that dates that we need. So Im happy about that.
Trip not until May excited and looking forward to all that is offered and beautiful location. This is our daughters first trip excited for her experience
We loved trip, had lots of fun. And the guy who booked us (I think his name was Travis) was super helpful.
The only complaint I have is that the morning presentation wasn't available so we had to do one in the afternoon at a complex 30 mins away. So it sorta ate up our whole day, but the rest of the trip was worth the value. And the Tequila tour was FUN!
The all inclusive resort I went to through book VIP was quite nice ed and we really enjoyed ourselves. Everything that book vip promised was delivered as promised.
I loved my stay at the westgate in las vegas the only down fall is it isn't on the strip but just a short walk especially on a nice night to get out the room and away from the hotel. Although the hotel itself didnt offer much if you wasnt a gambler it was plenty to do outside of the hotel once i traveled away from the hotel. My only complaint is its a hassle getting the perks that are promised to you at the time of booking.
