My wife and I had a great time. The hotel accommodations were wonderful. I would not be adverse to using BookVIP for my next vacation! My only issue was that I wish we had booked a hotel on the strip to alleviate the need for having a car.
The service and hospitality were exceptional! From the moment we arrived until we were leaving the resort, every staff member treated us like we were royalty.
Everyday when me and myself walked down to exit the resort we were hustled into talking to the timeshare employees. But they ask have you received your free gifts for your kids! Or have you received your free vacation vouchers. They were very rude and pretty much step in front of you. Besides them the resorts and locations are great
We had a fantastic time at Villa del Palmar March 18-24,2018. Can't say enough about how wonderful the resort is. It's situated right near the beach; we just used our screen door and heard the waves every night. The meals and entertainment were all-inclusive and all were wonderful. And we loved being right on the beach. I really don't have anything negative to say - at all! They had several different restaurants including "Bella California" which was outdoors overlooking the beach - and there was plenty of shade available. We had a fantastic breakfast buffet there every morning with almost anything you can think of including waffles, freshly-made crepes, omelet station, fresh fruit, etc. At night, it is nearly magical near the sea.
The resort also has an indoor "sports bar/restaurant" and the food was great and variable. There was a taco stand outdoors as well as a small sushi place. And, of course, waiters were around to pools to get you anything to eat or drink.
Every night there was a different form of entertainment: one night was 4 male tenors, one night was Mama Mia, Hollywood night, etc. The best was "Michael Jackson" - the impersonator was so amazing - as good - or better than the real thing! I also loved that the buffet each night went along somewhat with the theme, e.g. tenor night had Italian food; Mama Mia was mediterranean.
Every single person was very nice and accommodating.
Our time-share presentation included a wonderful breakfast and short tour of Villa del Arco which was nearby. Our time share person was very nice and did not put pressure on us to buy.
So, all in all, such a great weak at an extreme bargain!
