Don't be fooled by these scam artists. Go to BBB and look up the horrible reviews and massive number of complaints. They've been able to maintain their A rating because they've "responded" to every complaint filed with the BBB. But, you should consider the quantity of complaints. 150 "closed" complaints within 12 months, not counting "open" complaints. They don't even operate under their true business name, and their address is a PO Box in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
BookVIP.com is a front for a company named: Resort Vacations International. It took me a lot of research to uncover this. Try looking at RVI's website... what a joke. These $#*!s scammed my wife and I out of $500 and are attempting to charge my bank account for another $500 for an additional reservation that was never confirmed, nor approved.
We lost our original $500 because their refund policy is good for 3 days from booking and they want the entire fee up front using some b/s about how space is limited and you need to pay up front, far in advance to secure your spot. READ THE FINE PRINT! And, make sure you research crap like this BEFORE you get taken.
This is all a scam to sell time shares. Read the complaints on Better Business Bureau. I already filed mine. There are hundreds. People who couldn't get refunds or had their reservations/resorts switched, and even rescheduled, at the last minute after paying for airfare, etc, etc.
Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, well... that's because you're getting scammed my friend. Don't let these bastards rip you or anyone you know) off too!

I was working on making a honeymoon reservation for a Cabo Beach resort, and after I had entered my information and credit card number online, the website promoted me to call the customer care number because without talking to one of their agents the reservations cannot be completed online. So in the first place, why ask for personal information online and credit card info, if we will have to repeat the same information over the phone?! I called within the 15 minute bracket that the website requires you to call, and after being hung up on three times, I was about to give up. But then within five minutes I recieved a call back. Over the phone we spoke about many resort details which all sounded great and again after giving them my personal information yet again, they proceed to tell me that there is a resort age bracket! At first she says its 30-68 years old, and then I tell her well I'm 24, and then she says well the resort is looking for people older than 28. Okay lady, you just contradicted yourself!
The website did not speak about any age brackets, AT ALL. I looked it over multiple times!
