When i first booked this, there was nothing saying it was a time share promotion, that you had to be married, had to make a certain amount, etc. Should have been upfront because I wouldn't have booked it, but I am not going to lose my money so I will sit through the presentation and just endure the boredom.

The agent was very helpful can wait to see the resort never been in a Mexico book vip made it possible at a fraction of the price we highly recommend any body to use them
First trip out of the states. Paid extra for the transport to and from the airport which was well worth it. Attended a presentation the first morning Transportation was provided as was explained prior too. The Daily Resort fee was explain prior too. Did not pay for internet due to we have unlimited data plan which worked fine. Book excursions from the concierge which was a great time. Cannot beat the all inclusive meals and beverages including your alcohol! Overall we had a fantastic time, can't say there were any hidden fees that were explained beforehand even tips and gratuities included, although we still tipped at our meals! And would go again definitely!
Day after, I should be able to cancel. Havent been on trip to review how happy or not?! Booking hasnt happened as of now?!
The people are easy to get in touch with and hassle free booking could haven't been any easier. The only thing is that it took a little while to receive a confirmation number

We were never told when we bought our package that we were going to attend a seminar or some kind of presentation OK so thats false advertisement now all the sudden we investigated and everybodys telling us that we would have to attend some kind of a presentation in order to get this package so that is very wrong on your part
