First Vegas Trip with our grandkids! We got to stay at the WestGate Resort & Casino very conveniently located near everything. The rooms were very nice and very spacious for our family of 6. We had a great time and made some great memories! Thank you bookvip for allowing us this great experience and huge savings on our Las Vegas Cinco De Mayo weekend get away! We will be back for my birthday in June :)

We had the best time here, felt like we were in a tropical place with the lush trees and the beautiful pool and lazy river. We will definitely return again

Helpful customer service, but the phone service was not the best. Signals kept coming off. And we recommend this to anyone in the future.

I had to keep calling for them to get it right... I was on hold for a while and kept getting transfer... I just hated it... and will never do it again

Good but, something couldn't understand, make a mistake on by process and never explain everything. So I thought I should have been a gave a list one bush Garden ticket because of their mistake. Thanks

I hope the trip is better than what I had to deal with to book it. I think the process should not have taken 3 different people to accomplish.

I WON A ALL INCLUSIVE DEAL TO CANCUN MEXICO AND CALLED AS REQUESTED. FROM THAT POINT ON THE SERVICE AND ATTENTION WAS FENOMENAL. I MADE MY RESERVATION AND WAS GIVEN THE INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO PROCEED AND AS EXPECTED EVERYTHING HAS GONE SMOOTH. I WILL CONTINUE WHEN I GET BACK FROM MY VACATION.

Bookvip is a timeshare promotion. There are a lot of stipulations, be mindful. Bookvip has a good booking price, but you have to pay resort fees in advance. Double beds are the ONLY option unless you upgrade for over $50 per night to a king. I'll submit another review once I've visited the resort and tell about my experience.

The only problem was the time share promotion. That was the catch and that is misleading because you be thinking you is getting a deal and then that happens other than that everything is great.

Reservation was smooth and pleasant. Looking forward to spending time in Orlando, fl with family. Hope to visit Disneyworld and many of the other sites. Great value.
