When I first called, I was on hold for two hours. I finally hung up and called back and immediately got a man. When I said I had been on hold for two hours he said so what do you want? While working with him to make the reservation, I asked about the cancellation policy And he told me I would be penalized if I canceled at any time and have to pay the full room price. I have stayed at your establishment before and that did not sound right so I hung up. I called back later and spoke with a wonderful woman and she helped me to make the reservation. We usually try stay at your establishment whenever we see our daughter at Pitt, but now I am questioning whether we will return. Our room reservation is under David Mullen.Thank you. Charlynne Mullen
