A complete scam! They disguise themselves as the hotel website and tell you cancellation is by the hotel policy but then when you cancel, they don't refund all of your money, despite following the hotel policy. Currently the hotel is working with them to try to get me a full refund. The hotel apologized and are reviewing its they will be doing business with them in the future. I'm sure they are violating all kinds of laws by lying to their customers.
