I called to make a reservation at a Hilton location in Glennville Georgia. The Hampton Inn was booked and I had a very poor phone signal. The customer representative, Jennifer, took my number in case we were disconnected and went over and beyond helping us find another place to stay. I was very impressed with the level of service and commitment to us as a customer.

We had reserved 6 months ago to go on a cruise. But we had to arrive a day early so we reserved the Skyway Inn near the airport. We arrived and was a bad experience, the smell and location was on the ghetto side of town. We called Double tree to look for another room there was not. Eddie help us find another hotel, he was very very helpful. He got us a better quality hotel.
