Not a great experience at the least., my reservation was entered wrong I check out on Sunday it was input to Monday7/28/25 incorrect Arrival at hotel was put in a room someone else was already in😡had to go back down to get another room**** after along flight from Ohio. Get to the new room the toilet is dirty very disappointing for Hyatt and room needed minor repairs **** this is not the Hyatt I know!

I booked a room with the agent on the phone. I confirmed with her that if it was the all inclusive stay and she said yes. I call the hotel and it was a just a regular room stay. She also got my email incorrect so I never got a confirmation email.

The motel we were going to book did not have a king size bed only double beds left. If you have a tall spouse you know a double bed usually are not long enough. He found us a nice hotel that accepted our cat and dog. Thank you!

I had never experienced another hotel assisting accommodation for another hotel before. That was amazing due to the morning that I had with a hotel that I had just checked out of due to very poor accommodations for the price that I was paying. Thank you Mr. Neal for all you did for me.
