I called Towneplace Suites and talked to Miguel Angel. The room I was looking at cost way more than I had expected. Miguel said he would look to find me a room that would work for me, and he did. He was amazing.
He helped us quickly and saved us a lot of phone calls in search of a hotel for this evening when most of the hotels that accept dogs were completely full! He was professional and courteous and we really appreciate his efforts.

Josué researched several area hotels for me as Delta had cancelled over 250 flights from Atlanta. Many hotels were booked up as a result. I was headed to California and found out only an hour before scheduled boarding time.

Well, I appreciate Jorge finding me that hotel. It was kinda a dive! But overall it was clean, just very old and worn. I actually found that Laquinta hotel by Wyndham I was looking for about a block down the road. Igot a rate there for only $86! Tyou, Jorge, you were very kind yet professional! Good job!
