Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor and unprofessional service I received from your employee, Karen Camposano, while attempting to book hotel accommodations.
Karen assisted me in booking two hotel rooms, however the process took over two hours, and despite this delay, she was only able to book one room. She failed to complete the second booking entirely.
In addition, the room she booked for me was overcharged compared to booking it in person. More concerning, she misrepresented the room type. I was not informed that the room was designated for disabled guests. Upon arrival, the room had a very strong and unpleasant odor, making it uncomfortable to stay in.
When I contacted the hotel management for assistance, they informed me they could not help because the booking was made online, leaving me without any support or solution.
I find Karen Camposano's behavior to be dishonest, misleading, and highly unprofessional. Providing inaccurate information, overcharging, and failing to complete the requested booking is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly believe she should not be in a customer-facing role.
I am requesting that this matter be properly investigated and that appropriate action be taken. I would also appreciate a response regarding compensation or resolution for the inconvenience and distress caused by this experience.

I was having difficulties with my credit card and unable to book the hotel online so I called. I was able to book the hotel and room that I wanted and I'm satisfied with the result.
He was nice but said I could cancel my reservation and didn't mention that it would cost a nights stay. He did offer the insurance but didn't describe why I might need it.
I called about 15 minutes later to cancel and found out there was a fee from someone else.
Very nice to speak with, direct and knowledgeable. Make booking easy and convenient. Wish all customer service was this efficient.
The gentleman taking my call did a fantastic job taking my reservations for two rooms for the weekend of the Carolina Cup our family has been attending for 30+ years. Always enjoy the Delta Marriott hotel.

Yancy was awful to deal with. This is a ZERO star review. Took nearly 20mins to book a room for 2 nights, had to repeat my requested days and room type multiple times and then was never told about the non refundable policy. Received my booking confirmation then an additional email regarding a refund insurance policy that she fraudulently charged to my credit card. Called back and Ramada Kelowna refused to help me and their only solution was that I cancel the booking at full cost and rebook, making me pay double for that weekend. We as a team will NEVER book this hotel again, nor will any other team coming from our city.
Eboni was a joy to speak with, even though I may not have been as I complained I stayed there 7 days ago for only $200 total for the night and only because of the weather, the hotel chain raised the nightly fee to $444. Gouging at its best Hampton Inn, tampa airport!
Mr Diego was an excellent communicator. He was attentive, a good listener and he was above all very helpful. He has learned customer service well.
Mr. Rodrigo was very helpful and also looked for another room to help me with early book in I believe it was called with transportation from the airport.

We were traveling, tired, stopped and booked a room, online, we arrived at the hotel and they did not have the reservation, traveling with pets is not easy, fortunately Emiliano, the desk person was able to accommodate and process our stay, small town, excellent service!
The room was not a walking shower as you stated nor did it have a couch…. I'm very disappointed in your honesty… also I asked for a government rate and you said the rate would be deducted at the hotel NOT True
Diego helped me reserve rooms in Flagstaff, Az when your online system got wonky. Of course, I now have two reservations, which needs fixing!
Was booking 3 rooms for my daughter's graduation in May. Sarah was helpful as she suggested rooms on the same floor and queen size beds vs king to keep me within my budget. She also put in a request for early check in
I called to book my stay and was assisted by Arien. Not only was she helpful and precise, but extremely patient. I live in NY where we are experiencing a very bad winter storm. My phone connection was very poor but she patiently worked with me to secure my reservation.
Jesus did a good job with finding a hotel but unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write the following… there are 3 service agents that hung up the phone when issues occurred. The first was a male, he hung up when I told him he was being rude. The second was a woman (who I'll assume either saw a note or was "warned" ahead of time) that stated the hotel name before I gave her information and then when I told her at this point we just want a refund since the hotel did not receive the reservation (something about the "interface" was the issue according to the front desk) she ALSO hung up the phone. My partner proceeded to call on his own phone assuming that my cell phone number was being recognized and catalyzed the terrible responses of the 2 agents, then whomever he spoke with ALSO hung up the phone. It wasn't until the front desk associate kindly called from his personal phone and stated he worked with the hotel that we were finally able to receive a confirmation of a refund. I wish I had the names of the agents with horrific customer service skills so I can escalate this further, however, thankfully between the front desk associate and the final customer service agent - we were able to complete our request.
I'll also assume that these agents will attempt to manipulate the storyline and say that we were the ones being rude - but I HIGHLY suggest to management that you investigate these calls and I truly hope the calls were recorded.
