When I booked with you I asked for a discounted rate applicable to a convention I am attending. I was told that I was getting the convention rate and was charged $605.38. This is not true. The convention rate is $375.99 and I now booked directly with the hotel. I ask to cancel this reservation and request a refund of my $605.38 charge since it was based on false information.
Tried to book through the Boston Wine Expo room block link- could only book one room (kept entering 3, kept reverting to 1). Went to regular booking site- same rate as the "discount" rate on the room block so that's kind of duplicitous at best, and then the website added $1000 in "recovery fees" on top of a $1300 reservation. No explanation. Caled and spoke to a reservations rep who took care of it.
I called to book a room I've been traveling all night I get into town book a room and ask at that time if I can check in early. He said yes sir I put you down for an early check in. I asked him if I could go check in now he said yes sir I put you down for an early check in. I go to the hotel they said no sir we can't check you in early. Well that's great I needed a room now cause I'm beat and they tell me no. So why would you tell me yes if you don't have a clue. I would t have booked the room then and would have found a different hotel..
OK, so I was jumping off of 55 and I have my two children with me and we were tired and ready to lay down. I'm not from around here and I'm nervous traveling alone. I saw several hotels but all out of my price range and comfort zone. This woman understood the assignment and aided and assisted me and my 2 children until I got to the door of the establishment! I'm so grateful for her. She compared rates and rooms and made sure to share the ratings and more, all while I was driving and I'm so thankful for her! She deserves a raise and many praises! Awesome job tonight Lady, you are appreciated!
SCAM SCAM SCAM I had one of the worst booking experiences I've ever had with BookOnline.com. I booked a reservation on January 18 and quickly realized I needed to cancel. When I tried less than 24 hrs later, I was told I was not eligible for a refund — but the cancellation policy they referenced said the deadline was January 16, which was BEFORE I even made the reservation.
I contacted BookOnline multiple times and they insisted it was the hotel's responsibility. I called the hotel and they said the opposite — it was a third-party reservation and the hotel could not cancel/refund it.
BookOnline refused to resolve the issue or take accountability, so I had to file a DISPUTE with my credit card company. This whole experience was frustrating, misleading, and a complete waste of time. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I strongly recommend booking directly with the hotel instead.
Update: BookOnline messaged me that they would refund in full. They sent me a message directly to my inbox on jabber. When I responded asking for them to send proof of a full refund they went silent.

I needed assistance booking for park, sleep and fly and chose the LaQuinta Inn and Suites at DIA. I prefer going through the hotel than a service. My representative was attentive to my requests and quite awesome.

This man told me to pay now and to buy the protection because there was a snow storm coming. I did that, and when I called the number, he told me to call to use the protection, and he assured me that I would get my money back just by calling they told me to fill out a form. The form was emailed to me and I was unable to open it. It was a complete mess and I never got my money back.

My husband and I have stayed before at this location. In the past we had such a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are immaculate!
