My husband called to book a room and the first agent didn't seem to have any patience. I went to help my husband and was met with an angry tone agent. I tried to complete the booking for my husband. It was not successful. The agent was difficult to hear so there was lots of repeats. Then he rejected the credit card. I know the card is fine. I do all banking. I also have a 30 years experience in call centres and IT. He was not pleasant and hung up on me.
I called immediately back and spoke to Yamalee. Wonderful experience. She listens and works with the customer. You can hear the smile in her voice. My husband also listened to the entire call and said after we hung up 'what a difference in the 2 calls'. Yamalee provides Gold Star Service and should be recognized for it.
I called because I needed a room for my sisters and I to stay while we are in town for a memorial service of our longtime friend's Mothers service. Your agent was very helpful on the phone. And because he gave me what I needed I was able to book the room.
When I placed a reservation with BookOnline, I never received an official confirmation email about my reservation at the Hyatt Place in St.Paul. Instead, I received a suspicious and very vague email about my "order" which raised MANY RED FLAGS. I decided to call the Hyatt and ask the hotel manager that was working if their system had my BookOnline confirmation number and the hotel manager said it was NOT in their system and confirmed that the number was in fact a fraudulent reservation. I am so thankful that I didn't end up actually going to the hotel. That would have extremely embarrassing poor my poor children as we were going to stay there for one of there sporting events in Feb. I am currently trying to get a full refund through the credit card company or the bookonline.com site. I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of integrity and honesty that this company represents and I will warn everyone I know to make sure to not book with them.
Wonder gentleman took my call for booking hotel, he was very nice and knowledgeable about what I was needing, including my 2 request for booking an additional hotel room for my grandchildren coming in later in the week with their parents and wanting an adjoining room. Your employee did a fantastic job!
I called in to make a new reservation with one of the hotel properties and AI took my call. Time wasted because my name was incorrect and email. I had to repeatedly say my zip code over. However I called in again to correct the wrong. Brian not only helped he made me feel valued, he requested that my name be changed and assured me I would have a wonderful experience. Hugo was excellent in making my hotel reservation for me! I had tried making a reservation online but sat on processing time 40 minutes. Hugo was the 9th try of making my reservation. None of the other customer service people could help me.
