With so many different booking options online and phone numbers. I wanted to speak to an actual person rather than booking online.
I was walked though the booking process with Luis and they were extremely helpful and patient explaining the steps and packages to me
I made this reservation from a plane before taking off, due to a blizzard at my destination. She spoke quickly and did not waste my time with unnecessary platitudes or unnecessarily repeating back to me what my request was. When I call customer service anywhere, I want to get my task done and hang up. She was refreshingly on task, gave me clear instructions, and got me taken care of before I had to put my phone away (about 2 minutes after I hung up.) This is a perfect example of why scripts and excessive repeating back the request are so frustrating—they waste time. This was the first time in a long time that I felt like I was talking to a sensible person who got me taken care of quickly and competently.
The person that helped me did the job very efficiently.And quickly got me booked. It was one of the easiest bookings i've ever done.

Will be leaving a HORRIBLE review on Google and Yelp about your company. I dp thank you for showing me how scam companies like yours work. I stay in hotels about 20-25 nights a year and have NEVER been scammed like this. Your company made $550 off deceiving information offered by your agent, and only paid the hotel $361... if I would have booked this through the front desk of the hotel (which is what I thought I was calling)... it would have been over $100 less... so I suppose your agent deserves a 5 star review because she 100% upheld your scam and lack of information.

I made a reservation with a human being by phone a week or so ago. I did not realize till today that I received no confirmation. I called Travelodge. The gentleman with whom I spoke was understanding, patient, kind and accommodating. I now have a confirmed reservation and assured I would get my Wyndham Rewards points for our one night stay at Travelodge.

I had to make last minute emergency plans to fly into Dallas. Carlos was very professional over the phone and eased my mind making sure my reservation was perfect. He assured me that I was getting the best price available. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when visiting as I know the hotel and rooms are clean and the breakfasts are a great way to start the day.

I attempted to book my hotel online, but it got stuck when I entered my card. I called directly and spoke with Eugene, who was very helpful. He took care of everything for me made sure my card was charged appropriately. I had a room told me about my amenities. Great customer service.
