I called your phone number and thought I was talking to an agent from the Holiday Inn South Winnipeg Manitoba. I asked fir a room under the Southwest Cougar hockey team I was not told I wasn't speaking to the person I was supposed to be in the country of Canada When I went to check in I was asked why I booked through the USA I said I didn't know I was So I was confused as I had specifically asked to be booked with the hockey team. As we had booked under them before as a group rate. I was never told that I wasn't speaking to talking to an online booking agent so instead of a 169.00 charge I paid a charge over 200.00. The girl at the front desk told me to contact you to try to get this resolved As she couldn't help me any further she also told me this happens often and to let you know about it as people actually think they are talking to the actual front desk clerk at the hotel they are booking in. Hopefully this can be resolved as at no point was I told I was dealing with an online booking person from the USA. Thanking you in advance
Took a chance and decided to call in our reservation. Great idea! Got the room we wanted, better than internet pricing. Service was prompt courteous and helpful.
Helpful and kind for last minute travels
Asked if the hotel had a shuttle. Assured us it did and gave us two numbers to the property. One didn't work and the other is what we used to call for the shuttle and they said they had no shuttle. Calling ahead, the hotel front desk cannot find our reservation
Called a number given to make hotel reservation at a specific Holiday Inn Express in Phoenix Az. Jose was very efficient and clear with the info.

Not happy about booking in American dollars wasn't explained to me so I could understand the reason for this. Said if I wanted to book in Canadian dollars then the room wasn't available.

Friendly and helpful staff. Previous visit there was with 4 kids and 4 adults. They were very accommodating and shuttle was prompt. If this stay reflects the last one, it will be my go-to for BWI.
