Friendly and helpful staff. Previous visit there was with 4 kids and 4 adults. They were very accommodating and shuttle was prompt. If this stay reflects the last one, it will be my go-to for BWI.

Liar, gave me a rate that included refund protection policy and then when I received the confirmation it was not included. I contacted their customer service and received a message that no changes could be made. I'll stick to Marriott.
My credit card was not approved. Lyn patiently worked with me until we figured out what the problem was. I had put in the wrong billing address. When we finally did it correctly, the price for the room went down. Yahoo. Lyn's patience with me paid off.

Bad connection and/or accent made it difficult to understand. The price quoted differed from the credit card charge by almost $100. I followed up and hopefully that gets fixed but not the best experience, sorry.

I told Brianna that I was 73 years old & if something happened to me, I needed to be able to cancel my reservation a few days before the check-in date. She said that was no problem. Then I pull up my emails to get the confirmation number & it says no cancellations! Now I understand why she was talking so fast right before she asked to confirm the reservations. I was lied to. I am keeping my reservations for now. I'm checking other options.
