I told Brianna that I was 73 years old & if something happened to me, I needed to be able to cancel my reservation a few days before the check-in date. She said that was no problem. Then I pull up my emails to get the confirmation number & it says no cancellations! Now I understand why she was talking so fast right before she asked to confirm the reservations. I was lied to. I am keeping my reservations for now. I'm checking other options.

The representative portrayed herself as a hotel representative. Not a third party hack. I asked who she was several times. I also requested an accessible shower several times. Each time she confirmed it was in fact correct. I arrived at the hotel and none of it was correct. I will be contacting the Commonwealths Attorney's office.
I called the hotel directly and was told they had no more rooms at the special rate for wedding guests. I called the main reservation number. Very slick—yes, rooms were available at the special rate. But because we wanted to add a day, those rates were no longer available. On the very top of the hotel's website ( Eliza Jane) it says you can cancel up to 3 days before your planned arrival. But Julie told me it was non refundable— unless I paid a specific fee for it to be refundable. And the fees were outrageous. I booked at the refundable rate to ensure we have a place. But tomorrow I will be calling the other options. It was a hard sell, kind of sleazy— I hope to never use a Hyatt ever again.

I had a last minute stay and Hilton helped me out! They were kind and professional. Caring and friendly. My customer service representative was named Kennelyn and I absolutely loved her. Super warm, caring and friendly. I was going through some things and needed a kind voice - she provided that for me along with TEN star service! Thank you Hilton and Kennelyn.
I spoke to 2 other people before I spoke to Aaron. 1 sounded like a robot and the other hung up on me. Apron was professional and easy to talk to. He helped me out tons. 5 stars
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. If I could have figured out how to get the mattress and pillows out without being caught, I would have! Lol very very very comfortable bed and pillows. This will be our new home when we visit family. We were told that renovations were being made on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floor but we never heard any construction going on. The only issue we had was that the people next to us were up all night with tv blaring loudly and loud talking. I think they were drinking and partying. But we were fine.
We booked over the phone with Neil. He made the experience easy, efficient and he informed us of all our booking choices in the area we wanted.

As far as the amenities no problem at all. If in the area I may stay again. It's peaceful and quiet.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
