After having trouble making reservation with app, I was frustrated and not happy, Humberto made it right and got the reservation completed. The online reservation process was interrupted by an offer for a $150 discount, which I did apply for and received approval. I'm not happy because this offer was tied to a credit card application which I did not realize I was applying for.

Density was great at telling me what rooms were available and the price in total. She was very kind, and upfront about everything. I will definitely be coming back :)

Rooms are nice but we stayed here because of the amazing things we heard about the pool only to find it closed for the day! If its not open tomorrow we will find somewhere else to stay very disappointed!
