This 3rd party booking is a joke. They lie to you say they are the front desk and charge you double. I booked 2 rooms 1 night. Shoulda been 230$ but book.com charged me 430$ and when I check in I had to pay an additional 50$ scammers! Report to BBB!
I have a full convention. And I was able to call the hotel and go through the booking process, which was very smooth and highly courteous with the customer experience. I have usually had to give my credit card number over the phone, but this time I had to enter it using the telephone keypad, which I found to be sophisticatedly appropriate for my personal information and its security.
