We needed a room last minute. The first hotel we tried was unavailable. Hugo told me he could search local properties, which he did for us. We got a confirmed room and we did it all hands free. His service was excellent and very helpful at the end of a long drive (and in the dark).

Barbie was not a capable agent. Throughout the call she kept repeating the wrong dates back to me and didn't seem to understand or care to understand what I needed. Once the date was finally booked she hurried to ask if that was everything and didn't wait for my answer. She hung up while I was asking her to provide my itinerary over the phone to me which forced me to call back to try and get that number. I would have never received that email because the customer service agent Micheal found it under Barbie's email address and.NOT my email address. Not even close to my email address. She hurried through the call and the service was so poor I felt this was a scam. The customer service agent Michael was professional, helpful and was able to repeat my issue to me and then resolve the issue in a timely matter. Please provide better training for your booking agents. Any job you have should be executed with pride and attention to detail. Thank you for the opportunity to describe my experience.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
