I called to make a reservation and spoke to a very helpful young man. I am an elderly lady who is not very tech savvy. He was so very patient with me even when I had to change cards and start all over. I wish there were more agents like him. Thank you!
My credit card was charged 2 1/2 times more than the price i was quoted... I quickly called customer service and my credit card trying to get this taken care. This is a pain!

At first I thought the service and experience was good. But when I got my email confirmation and realized that I was a charged a daily reservation guarantee fee I was furious. My bad that I acknowledged the total amount but in all the conversations about the reservation and the pricing there was NEVER a mention of this fee. And the customer service never bothered to mention it. As I said, never knew about it until I got the confirmation and my card had been charged. I immediately called back to cancel and complain but then was told I still had to pay the cancel fee of one night stay even though the reservation was made 10 minutes prior. Also beware of what site and phone number you are using. I thought I was on the hotel site and calling the hotel directly. Nope! The whole experience was very deceptive.

Poor service. Can't get a return call from your company. Feel like you misrepresented what company you were with. Should have told me you didn't work for hotel. You sent email say your tried to call me but I have no missed calls or voicemail.
