Luvenski (and I hope I'm spelling it correctly.) He was very helpful and made the process really easy. He was knowledgeable about various discounts which I appreciated It took me maybe 5 minutes or less to do the reservation. Really it couldn't have been any easier!

This experience was awful. I requested a two bedroom for myself & family. I was told there was 2 bedrooms available and that I can get one so I booked it and paid for it. Was guaranteed that this room came with guaranteed "cancellation policy andthat I would get my refund for my room if we had to cancel On the day that I was to check in I went to print the reservation out & realized that it was for 1 person. I called to get it straightened out and was told there were no other rooms available and that there was nothing that they could do. That they were fully booked. I had no choice but to cancel because they would not change the number of people and then I was told that I would not get a refund and now I have received a refund for only $42.24. I was never asked the number of people and I said in our conversation that I was reserving it for my family and that my granddaughter was coming with her friend and that's why I requested the two bedroom how can it be fair that I am not fully refunded when I didn't make the mistake & they had nothing to offer me

Scam beware

This company is an absolute rip off. During a hotel booking on my way to a wedding in fort St. John British Columbia I called to book a reservation. Thinking was calling the holiday in express I got these guys. All I had with me was a visa debit card and I asked the booking agent specifically if this was going to be an issue she assured me it would not be an issue. She then processed the payment for $260 for one night at the Holiday Inn express 10 minutes later when I arrived at the hotel, I went in to get my room and they wanted a credit card. I told them I just talked on the phone with the booking people and a Visa debit card would be fine. He said he needed a visa or a MasterCard. I did not have one with me. I could not get into the room instantly called the booking agent asked for a refund and got a ticket opened. Nothing was then done the next day I was charged the $260 for one night stay in a Holiday Inn. I called again today and they said that the refund was nonrefundable meanwhile I was forced to change in a gas station bathroom as I did not have a hotel room anymore and I ended up being late for the wedding. Do not whatever you do book with these people. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They do nothing to help you. They keep saying they'll escalate a ticket I talked to two different agents who said the same thing and I still have nothing. I'm supposed to wait for an email.

Credit card issue

When I arrived they had my booking but no payment shown on the motel end. The agent called your 1-800 number and spent at least 20 minutes trying to see if the reservation was paid for. As of right now he is still waiting for a response from you. Also the room was booked as smoking when I specifically asked for non smoking. I had to pay 8.00 more to get a non smoking room. Not happy!

Great service!

Today I spoke with Eboni. She went above and beyond to be helpful to this inexperienced traveler coming to visit her grandson in Sebring. I hope I get to meet her when we arrive. We stayed there before when my grandson got married. He and his wife are expecting their first child. We are so excited to see them and grateful to have this wonderful, clean, and comfortable place to stay. Judy Holley

Rate mistake

I spoke with Marc Sept 29 to book and pay for Double Tree Montreal. I checked with Marc twice that the $283 CANADIAN rate was Canadian and included all taxes. 10 minutes after the call my wife received a $411.89 Canadian charge to her credit card.
I then had to call back and begin the cancellation process. A waste of time approx 45 minutes. I was pleased to be using my Hilton member number to get a good rate at a property I have stayed at before and enjoyed but very dissapointed with my reservation call with Mark

Traveling to California for my Birthday, and very hard to travel 11 hrs in one day, so this is my favorite half way, and Ginsell was just a doll. So hard to get great customer service any more, and she was fantastic. So very much appreciated!

Very accommodating

Called to book last minute for the night after driving for 24 hours straight. Mark was extremely helpful and very accommodating. He booked us a room and even got us an early check in. Looking forward to a nap, a steak dinner and a good nights rest.
