Manni was extremely helpful. He took the time to help me find a better rate even if it was at a different hotel. He took the time to ask me what I could afford and researched a hotel for me accordingly. He was very PROFESSIONAL and gave EXCEPTIONAL service! He did not have to take the time to do that and his kindness didn't go unnoticed!

I was able to book my room but my experience with a human was less satisfactory than working with a website. What is the point of talking with a human if I have to supply her with the information I would expect to get from a customer service rep? There was an attitude of minimalist quality from this person that left me wondering why do we still have humans in service if this is the service they offer?

Booking room reservations by phone

Horrible experience!

Was told I had 2 nights reserved, I ask at the end of the conversation to confirm 2 nights (9-19 and 9-20) was assured by agent John Wilbert that those nights were reserved for me at a total of 248.93 for both nights. Upon arriving at the motel I found I only had the night of the 20th reserved. I had to book directly with the motel for the night of the 19. The rate was 130.35 per night. I call and got the one night your agent reserved for me at 248.93 per night cancelled. Now I'm having to wait for a review to see if my 248.93 is going to be refunded. They said the refund cutoff was 9-17-25 yet I did not even ask for a room until after that date. This has been an awful experience. It has caused much stress!

This is a 3rd party & I was booked in a hotel in the wrong location. When I saw that on the confirmation text I called back to be told it's non-refundable. 2 different people told me the same line. I showed up at the hotel and learned that the hotel refunded them so I had no reservation & had to pay a 2nd time. I paid $400 for a La Quinta room & am being told I have to wait 4-10 days for a refund from this 3rd party.
