We were in distress because we booked at the flagship it was a Dump to say the least. I couldn't sleep so at 2am I stared call hotels. Abigail at Harrish booked us and the next morning we ran out of flagship resort.Thanks Abigail ypu are Great and customer service is above 5 stars. You deserve a raise and promotion.

Brianna was extremely helpful in helping me book a room for my travel. I prefer to speak with someone and I saved money by calling. What a difference a person can make in your day and in this case it was a positive one! Thank you Brianna for your pleasant, bubbly personality.

I'm a senior citizen over 90 and Carlos was extremely patience and helpful to me without making me feel embarrassed with my little knowledge of social media. He is a wonderful people person.

I just finished a reservation experience with Lenin. He was pleasant, well mannered and helpful. I appreciated his help and thoughtfulness.

I called to see about reservations for my husband and I over Thanksgiving. I spoke to Bella. She was very accommodating and helped me get my senior discount and to be in a room near my family. The online reservations are no help at all and I am very glad that I called instead.

Ageent was knowledgeable and very accommodating. She expedited my request in a timely manner and satisfied all questions and concerns. I had pertaining to this reservation. Very pleased and would recommend this holiday to anyone.

Horrible experience, lied about refundable. I asked if it was a third party reservation, she lied. She lied about a free shuttle. I called the hotel directly to confirm what she said. I canceled reservation immediately after talking to the hotel.

After speaking with an extremly rude individual prior Mr. H was able to complete my reservations with professionalism. For that I thank you sir.

Had a few questions, he answered exactly as needed, navigating the original phone call to speak with a human operator was not easy.
