We were kindly and efficiently booked for a hotel room after 1 AM at night/ very early morning. When we got to the hotel, we were initially told that the hotel was full. This was because we were booked for the next day, due to the time of day that we called. Posting this review so this type of mistake does not happen again.
The Customer Service Representative, Tony was very pleasant and helpful in getting our hotel reservations made for Thanksgiving weekend. Tony's skills showed excellence in service and professionalism. Thank you Tony.

Cesar, went above and beyond in making sure my hotel reservation was booked. After looking at the area I needed to be, I realized there were many events going in the city of Tempe the same weekend I needed my reservation and all the hotels were booked to capacity. He took his time and found one near the location I needed to be.

Eugene was very helpful and patient because I grilled him about the process because I was routed to him from a hotel reservation line that had no availability for my dates and I was concerned but was a scam but he reassured me about it and it worked exactly as he said it would so he's a good representative for his company

I could not find my confirmation in email so I called. You can only talk to New Reservations. I got Daniel. Asked him to check and see if they have a reservation for me. He said there isn't one. So I got a new reservation and paid for it. Just got to the hotel. They asked why I reserved 2 rooms!

My significant others bosses son dropped the ball and didn't book him a room for the LSU game. Problem he is the company chauffeur and personal assistant to the boss! He definitely needs a room. With the area totally booked ( apparently this is a big game) she was able to get him a room within 8 minutes of your hotel where the boss is staying along with his guests. She went above and beyond to help him get accommodations. She's definitely deserves recondion for this and is definitely an employee to keep. Her professional srrvice is very much appreciated. Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
