We were having troubles booking our hotel and we happen to try a different number, and we were pleased to get Aaron to help us. Our first choice was not affordable. However, he quickly helped us find something within our budget. Afterwards, he sent us all the information we need— Including a confirmation number. He was kind enough to even give us directions and the exit number off of I 40. It was a privilege to work together with him.
E. David was very helpful and making my reservation at the legends Casino hotel. He was very polite and courteous answered all the questions that I had and even gave information that I didn't ask about so that was pretty cool. He also double checked everything on my reservation to make sure it was correct. He has a great customer service and very easy to talk to.

I have called every number and there is no one that can help me. The amount is still pending so I can't get the credit company to stop payment. My friend had also booked our rooms and got a better deal, so I need to cancel this reservation! Thanks,

I am a paraplegic and always, always, always ask for exactly what I need. I confirmed multiple times with him the importance of my need to take a shower. Did not happen.

We were kindly and efficiently booked for a hotel room after 1 AM at night/ very early morning. When we got to the hotel, we were initially told that the hotel was full. This was because we were booked for the next day, due to the time of day that we called. Posting this review so this type of mistake does not happen again.
