When the hotel I wanted was fully booked, Mark was able to talk me off the edge and found me a room that was still close to my event and safe for a single female traveler. Great job Mark!

Great and very relaxing.

Michelle was awesome! I called looking for a room and I was indecisive about the location due to knowing what I was looking for but unsure of exactly where it was. I changed location on her 3 times but she was still polite, professional and very patient.She got me where I needed to be.

I believe my agent was Marc Anthony. He was very helpful and patient with me and my needs for this trip. He was very knowledgeable about his job and willing to use his resources to help me. So refreshing to work with someone who enjoys his job and passes along joy.

We were told a king bed. Not true. We were told a restaurant and bar on premises not true. Had to go to the adjacent restaurant which we didnt have proper clothing to wear. Driving for days in same attire. Unhappy with this experience.

Kimberly assisted me with request and was very helpful as I made my call while in my car. Everything worked easily and she even was helpful with info regarding my dog staying with us.

Marco was very helpful and understanding. The hotel I wanted to reside in was at a higher rate for the group I was a part of. He asked where my group was staying and meeting. He asked where our meeting was held. He found another closer to my meeting.

Kerri was amazing - she was friendly, accommodating and efficient. She was able to book our last minute trip to Universal Studios efficiently while being very friendly. I'd recommend the hotel because of my experience with Kerri.

Salvador helped me book six rooms at the last minute. He was very competent, patient, kind and professional. Thank you Sal for helping out with a very stressful event.

Alan helped me get a room very last minute on a nearly sold out weekend all city wide. He completely made my trip able to happen!

He was very helpful in guiding me through the process and sent me a confirmation email and had me check it to make sure it was correct. Not only was he helpful he was very polite.

Two rooms reserved. When receiving my confirmation, number of guests entered was wrong along with the price quoted on one of the 2 rooms. The charge for a king with 2 people was to be $204 total. Reservation confirmation came back as 4 people with a total charge of $263.96. Had to call back to attempt to correct this. Waiting to see if this was corrected.

Traveling late night with my 80 year old Mom... Emilio was very courteous and knowledgeable of the area and was able to book us at a safe convenient location. Thanks was the excellent customer service

I had certain rooms needed for our stay and she helped with that. Hopefully we get the right rooms when we arrive. She was very helpful with the registration.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to find a hotel close to the ACL Festival at almost the last minute, and Destiny recommended the perfect one at an affordable price!
