He was incredibly personable and spot on helpful in getting me the exact type of room that I was looking for for our getaway weekend… I was unable to find what I was looking for on your website and Hector was very professional and more than capable of helping g me find the exact room that I was looking for … I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of your establishment and the fact that he didn't sound like he was reading from a scripted sheet … Thank you so much for putting in the time to properly train your employees and making my room rental experience not to feel like a used car salesman was trying to shove the most expensive room that you have down my throat. My time spent with Hector on the phone was delightful and when the call was finished I was happy with choice that I had made from the options given and in no way felt pressured to make a decision that wasn't my choice….

I spoke with 3 different agents who each gave me different pricing which were all different from the website. Stevenson was my last agent and who I booked with. Not only did he give me the lowest price, he was very patient and professional as well!
