Jenny was excellent!

I called to make a hotel reservation and was happy with the information I received. The airlines are currently undependable with the government shut down, so Jenny told us we could get a full refund by paying an extra $62, if something went wrong with our flight and we can't make it to Phoenix. It's probably a good idea to do that!

Excellent customer service

Had a couple different challenges while booking my room, including using the wrong credit card, which was declined because I canceled it and I had a new one. Completely my mistake. He was so patient and kind while we work through this till I realized that I gave him the wrong card.
