Looking for a hotel in Columbus and he was very helpful and and helping us find something close to relatives in France thank you.

Great but cost too much for a retired man. I'll keep coming like we have for many years but $2700 for 6 nights. Can't seem to ever find a walk in shower as I get older.

The young lady I spoke with first was very patient and helpful. I forgot to add the second room for that same day, but the young man who helped me was very patient also and took care of the problem. God Bless you both!

Called because I wanted to book a specific room type that came up as no longer available online. Oscar was incredibly helpful and found what I was looking for. He answered all my questions and was so helpful and courteous.

This company charges to reserve a room over $140 to just reserve th room and does not include your full party so more charges on top of charges, do yourself a favor and call the hotel directly be careful when you google the hotel because their website pops up and will cost you over $150 dollars.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Poor, when questioned about the address I was told it was the same place. It was NOT! One is downtown and the other is not. I was told the room was $189 and after taxes would be $255. With confirmation email it was $303. And I was not told it was non refundable. Called phone number associated with web page and was a reservation center. Not impressed!

I looked at price on line, $155/nite. My total cost for 2 rooms ended up being $479. Added on chg of $42 for insurance I didn't ask for. Deceptive by not informing me of this.

Online tries were terrible because the hotel system was down. Once I called and was connected with James, it took some time to complete my booking, but he was great and very competent.

Listen to what I needed. He also reassured me if I have a problem flying from San Francisco to Tyler. I could cancel my reservation if I don't make my flight. I'm excited to come to Tyler, Texas for a wedding. First time! Ryan was a pleasure to speak with, very calming voice.
