Great customer service!

Daniel was extremely helpful when I called to check rates for a Hampton Inn and Suites in Englewood Ohio. He explained the rates and provided me with options. I chose a king room and then changed to 2 queen. Daniel was very patient and extremely helpful! I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.

Made a reservation for night before flying to Mexico for Thanksgiving week. Found out that leaving our vehicle there while gone is free! Van will take us to DFW. Lady helping me on the phone answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant!

I made a reservation on short notice and was looking for the best price (of course), but also needed to get a hotel as close as possible to an acquaintance who was staying at a different hotel. She worked hard to find a room at a good rate quickly because the rates were changing quickly. Additionally, since I was quite eager, I found myself interrupting her. She was still polite and was successful in finding me a room that met my needs. Thank you!

Rooms Disappearing as we tried to book

We try to get enough rooms for nine people and they were disappearing each time we tried to book, on a Thursday afternoon, for a funeral the following day. Catherine was a trooper, patirnt, and a big help. She kept shopping around until we could find something that would suit all of us. It took a while but she did it!

Wonderful experience. She was well informed on everything about SpringHill Suites by Marriott at the San Antonio Airport. Reservations were made for December 11,12, and 13 with no hassles. It was smooth as silk. Looking forward to a pleasant stay in December.

Reservationist should have identified herself as a AI. She charged me for cancellation protection and I never agreed to it. I did cancel it. Hope Holiday Inn uses real people from now on

Ripped off!

When I called at 4:37 am on the 13th I said I wanted a room within 20 min you said I have a king available. When I got to the hotel they said I wasn't supposed to check in yet? I made it clear I wanted a room asap you brought up king available? I get here and had to settle for 2 queens for 150$ what kind of a scam are y'all running here? I want a refund! Very I pleased and feel I was lied too and scammed!

I could not understand her. She was not clear on the charges. She didn't tell me I was being charged today. Did not realize I was paying for a protection plan. It was a horrible transaction!
