I booked for my parents. It was very quick and easy.
Booking a room was easy and Daniel was very helpful with finding us the right place to stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually really good too! We Will remember this place when we come back.

Dealing with Lorelee was extremely frustrating. She did not feel confident in how to book the rooms. Most importantly when booking a hotel in Canada the customer should be charged in Canadian funds and not US $. The agent should be required to advise the customer that the funds will be in US prior to booking and not after the client receives an emails confirmation showing it was in US funds. I cancelled one reservation however the other one cannot be cancelled without paying a 30% cancellation fee. I have not cancelled this reservation yet and I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back regarding this fee. I certainly was misinformed and do not feel I should have to pay the cancellation fee.
Was not notified this was some booking service and you charge $30 to book, agent did not identify himself as an agent for a service, and there would be a charge for his service even when asked about high amount charge with taxes and recovery fees, a booking agency was not mentioned. This is a total scam and rip off
Great. I had issues trying to book online through the best western website. When I tried to complete the reservation, it would state the page has times out, even though the timer had plenty of minutes left. I called the 800 number & was booked quickly & for a little less money.

Arrived at hotel. Had to re register and go through the entire process again as my reservation had been cancelled. Started a snowball effect of continued issues.
