I am skeptical of booking services. This lady set me at ease and assured me all would be good. She did a perfect job and I felt totally at ease. The experience was so great I did not want it to end.
She told me the hotel only had one room left, and that I needed to book it through her right then or I would lose it because I was in the parking lot of the hotel and I wanted to just go in and get my room directly. So she lied about availability. She also told me I got the best rate and that was 200 and I talked to the girl at the desk and she said 103 is what Expedia paid I had no idea I went through Expedia. I am going to dispute this and I think Richelle should be disciplined. Lied misled me and gave me a rate twice of what I could've walked into the hotel and got.
My agent went above and beyond any expectations I could of imagined... and it was like 3 a.m... wish I could of left her a tip to show how grateful me and my husband are!

I tried to book a room for 3 nights (11/18-11/21) on line and an hour and a half later it was still processing the request. Called the hotel and spoke with Kristel Jade who was exceptionally pleasant at the early morning hour and handled the request and provided me with the confirmation number and repeated all my personal info back to me flawlessly. Great job... keep up the good work.

I called to make reservations for a retreat, and he said there were no more rooms in the block of rooms. Then when I called the retreat person she said that is not true, there are always rooms. This representation of a company is wrong! He should have said i should call back!

I mistakenly called this number because your website looks so much like the real website for the Hampton Inn Long Beach airport site. I became suspicious during the call and realized I was not speaking with the hotel and tried to cancel, but the lady would not cancel. She was rude, also, which was one of the reasons I became suspicious. SO dishonest, the whole thing—pricing, deceptive, evasive answers.

I called a different number the first time and got disconnected the 2nd time I got Victor and he was great! He explained the fees. Cancellation protection( which I questioned). I have used this hotel for family many times and was happy to get a really nice person who thoroughly knows his job and received my confirmation emails so fast! I worked for the public for 30 yrs for the state of California and I really appreciated the service! One word! Bravo! He is a great representative for the hotel.
