Excellent customer service is so rare these days, but Armando is stellar in his approach. He is very friendly, efficient to inth degree, and super smart.
The virtual rep did well except for understanding my street address, email address and credit card number. Needs work interpreting unusual words.
I looked up the hotel I wanted to stay in and called the number (Manitoba number) to make a reservation. It was misleading because they don't tell you they are booking with an agency (which usually charges more for their services). I made the reservation which she told me would be almost $800. I agreed, gave my credit card info and that was that. The next day I see an almost $1200 charge to my credit card. Come to find out it was an American dollar amount she quoted me. If I call a Manitoba number I shouldn't have to even question if it's in Canadian funds. Not to mention they didn't represent themselves anything other then "Victoria Inn". Then, when I tried to cancel the same day my card was charged they tried to hold back one night stay. I called the hotel in the midst of all this mess and they don't even do that. I'd never book anything through this agency. It took me hours to get this sorted out as well. When I called the hotel myself to rebook through them, it was $760 Canadian. The mark up through this agency is crazy
After five hours of waiting for our flight to takeoff, it got canceled. The agent who helped me book a room for the night was helpful patient and kind. I appreciated this after the long day I had.
He was very patient and accommodating. He helped me determine how many rooms were needed for 13 people.
I appreciated his job knowledge in meeting my needs.
Booked over the phone with Mario and he was very friendly and helpful with a late night last-minute reservation. Highly recommend this service.
Did not trust the website as the information is usually outdated. Called locally and booked through Carla. She took care of everything.
I called the Vegas hotel and casino and I asked a lady if this was a casino and she said yes I also asked if she was a third-party and she said no she lied to me because when I got to the counter in Vegas it was a third-party. Also, she said they only had one room left with one king size bed for only one night that again was a lie.
I spent a while on the telephone, trying to get a reservation for four nights. I made it pretty clear that it was for four nights. The confirmation email I received had me booked for only one night. I called to see if someone could let me know the reservation and they also confirmed it had only been made for one night. Now I have to call back and wait again to talk to somebody.
I called the listed number and was very pleasantly surprised that a polite and efficient lady answered. She solved my problem very quickly and had me booked in my chosen room faster than my on line experience. I'm skipping on line next time and calling my reservation in, hopefully to this nice lady!
In this day and age it seems like excellent customer service can be hard to come by- but Demitricus was so awesome! He was so helpful with my reservations and it was actually a pleasant experience booking this room! He should teach a class on customer service to others! Thank you so much!
I thought I was calling the Sleep Inn in Midlothian to make a reservation. The night I wanted wasn't available so she offered to book me somewhere else. I trusted that she knew the properties she was sending me to but apparently not. I was booked in a Red Roof in a terrible part of town that totally did not feel safe - I refused to stay once I saw the room. The front desk refused to refund my pre payment. Now I'm stuck with no place to stay and a bill for $115 that I have to dispute.
I needed a room for
One night to celebrate our son's birthday.
The date was a day before a college football game. There were no rooms available under $300. Bookonline found me a room for $176.
Saved us $$ and we didn't have to drive 2 hours after dinner.
I had a pleasant experience with the staff Assisting me and renting a hotel room over the phone, they were very polite and very helpful.
When we checked into the hotel. I asked about upgrading to a suit. I was told that wasn't possible because I booked from a third party. I was willing to spend the money for the upgrade. But was told it just wasn't a option
My experience was ok. He was quick, my information was secure and an email and text was received instantly after making the reservation.
I was on the Internet and it kept bouncing around, so I called. The gal was pleasant, helpful, and able to answer all of my questions I give her
Heide did a wonderful job helping me book my upcoming Comfort Inn hotel stay in Grand Junction, Colorado. I have stayed there before, and Heide helped make booking the next trip easier.
I was booking a room for one of my drivers that were coming through his city and I was paying for it and he was patient with my tech handicaps… As though it was just something he did every day and I appreciate his patience!
Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.
Answer: Agreed! WHY? Absolutely the most blatantly deceptive company I have ever come across.
Answer: I'd love the answer to this! This agency fraudulently charged us $1800!
Answer: Make sure you are booking directly on the hotel's website.
Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
