Jennifer so kindly and efficiently heard our request, answered our question about benefits for military service and veterans, gave us the discount, which honored my husband tremendously as this does not happen often. We will be booking again with Spartanburg Marriott! We first called AC Marriott also in Spartanburg and they did not offer a military or senior discount even after asking.
Called in the early morning hours as we were unable to get our rental car as scheduled. I told the agent we needed the room immediately, not after 3pm. I was assured that was not a problem. After paying, agent texted number to call hotel directly for shuttle service. I called the hotel to find out there were no rooms available. I called the booking number again and was told the room was non-refundable. I told the agent this was unacceptable as I communicated the room was needed immediately. I was told that they would submit the request and expedite it. I returned home yesterday, a week later, having never heard back. Earlier today, I submitted a problem report with my credit card company who immediately refunded the charge. Later in the afternoon, I received a text indicating the refund was accepted and would take 2-10 days to refund. That was the timeline I was told a week ago. I do not believe the booking company would have refunded the money had I not disputed the charge. They seem to be very dishonest.
I called and spoke with Benjamin at the hotel to help with a reservation. He was very polite and courteous. He was able to help me get the room that I wanted with a great deal. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends. What a great customer service Benjamin!
The young man helped with our reservation last night. Was personable and efficient and knew the facility very well. We have stayed here a few times and are pleased with the cleanliness and amenities as well as the overall helpfulness of the staff.
After making my reservation over the phone instead of online, it was nice going through a person rather than searching the website.
Carmelo was so helpful in getting me a last-minute booking. He was patient in explaining my options and thorough in his directions for how to enter my card number with my phone's second key pad. He stayed on the line to make sure I received the confirmation email and text and reviewed my reservation one last time before hanging up, just to make sure everything was correct.

Moises sounds in a hurry to finalize my reservation. I questioned about the cancellation process, he read the tip of the iceberg only i found out everything when he emailed me everything and it was too late to back out my card was charged. Will not recommend this kind of transaction. He should have sent the policy first before swiping my card. And he asked for my code at the back of the card, though I typed my card number on the keyboard why asked for the code? Did not feel comfortable at all with this transaction!
Lisa was very helpful! She was also pleasant and efficient. I had to add a personal night to a business trip and she made it a very easy reservation to make.
Called to book a room agent booked us a room 22 miles away from the airport. When you have one right across from the airport also told us that there was a shuttle bus that would pick us up and comes every 15 minutes. Nobody showed up called back your AI. Assistant kept talking over the person. I was trying to talk to to find out about the shuttle bus. So we end up having to get an Uber
And when we get here, the hotel wants to charge another fifty dollars for an early check in which the representatives never told us about.Now we have to sit in the lobby until three o'clock

Booking online was useless. Site had an error. Called in and within 10min I had my reservation. Maria was very clear all along what the costs were, amenities I needed - not just was offered which was super cool - polite, friendly, very remarkable.
I called to book at the Four Points Sherstor but was unable to book a pet friendly room. However, instead of having to find a pet friendly hotel on my own, the lovely booking agent suggested the Quality Inn for me and my dog. She was able to book us in and very kindly and professionally made sure my reservation was taken care of. Such terrific service and a good omen for my Xmas visit to Barrie!
Thought I was calling the hotel directly. My mistake. Reservation took longer than normal to make. Asked about a cheaper room as this was for a wedding stay. She said no this is the cheapest, prices change daily based on availability. Seemed odd considering this was a block of rooms for the wedding. Finished reservation and then went online to the actual hotel site and found a cheaper room. Realized I made the reservation through a 3rd party site resulting in a higher price and no option to cancel without a fee. Called back talked to another rep. No guarantee I would get a refund… very frustrated and I feel misleaded. Lessen learned!
