I believe this is an offshore call center and they ripped me off for $242
When I processed the room via the website, it did not go through. I re-tried and my credit card number did not go through twice. I then called where I spoke with a customer service rep. He booked the room for me and then they double billed me one for the phone call and then mysteriously my payment did end up getting processed. I've tried six times to call back and have it fixed And they ignore me.
Be very careful I believe this is a scam and I will try to do a fraud report with my credit card because calling customer service back for the sixth time. I don't believe we'll do any good.
While booking, Ignacio found me a lower price. The $ amount was not large but I appreciated the effort, all while being friendly, efficient, and helpful.

I sled for the holiday inn express on Lexington Virginia- mentioning that there was a block of rooms reserved with code VS1 for the VMI class reunion 4/12-15/2026. I was booked into the holiday inn express in Lexington Kentucky. And realized it after we disconnected and I got the confirmation email.
I had to call three other times to finally get Daniel who was exceptional.
He knew what he was talking about, didn't need to keep putting me on hold. Was able to take all information and did jam requests efficient and went over the reservation with us. Could not have been more helpful or pleasant.
The reservation agent was great however I was told by the Jefferson Headache center there would be a discount. Discount I was quoted was not very much at all. Plus I still had to pay for parking.
Even though I had many questions so kept him on the phone for longer than normal, he was very calm and politd. I shared with him that we have been guests at Larkspur Landing a number of times. H offered to make a special request for a 3rd floor room which he readily did. A fine employee to be working with the public!

Looking to book a room for 2026, the calender is not open yet, as per person I spoke with. This is not his fault, its the hotel company's policy. Will keep checking back. Desk clerk was very polite and helpful. Professional.

I was charged for 3 nights and the attendant gave me a two night reservation Issue yet to be resolved. The two attendants I have dealt with have difficulty reading a prepared script. HELP!

Ellen was very helpful in getting me 2 rooms for January 30 thru February 1 in Las Vegas. The original Hotel that I was looking to make the reservation for ended up being sold out during my conversation with Ellen on the phone. She found me 2 rooms at a sister hotel for those dates and was able to book those rooms for me.Ellen was very helpful and very courteous.

I called the hotel Joshua A helped me set up my reservation for December. Was knowledgeable and also ensure I would get 2 extra pillows... these are important to me. Can't wait to stay there... im really hoping this starts a great stay there
Manuel was incredibly helpful when I needed a reservation last minute. After driving all day, manual made a very easy for me to get a reservation at a lovely Holiday Inn express.
