I got disconnected twice, but once I was on the phone with Tamara she was incredibly helpful and able to assist me with the two reservations I needed to make.
I was cut off mid-reservation and called the Choice number. Melissa was a tremendous help, very confident, knowledgable and very patient.
The attendant was rude and not clear in what she was saying. I had a coupon for 3 free nights any day of the week and would not listen. She also would not let me talk to a supervisor. I will think very hard before I even go to the IP to gamble with this attitude
