It was a little bit complicated since I had an existing reservation and the group paid for the first room and I paid for the second room. Service was great getting it all worked out thank you.
We booked a hotel room through book online for November 11-12. It was around 1 am we told the representative we were an hour out. Jo-Ann assured us that was the correct dates and we would be okay to check in. When we arrived at the hotel the desk receptionist said he had closed out for the night. He then had us pay again for another night. When we reached out to Bookonline for a refund they have given us the run around for 2 weeks and still haven't refunded the charge. I would highly recommend never using this service their customer support is beyond subpar.
When trying to give credit card number kept cutting me off and putting in wrong credit card number 3 times then got the security number wrong 3 times
Marcus Antonio hung up on me before I decided to confirm. Shortly thereafter I received a text saying he made the reservation.
Within minutes I called back and spoke with Jan and she processed and canceled the unauthorized reservation Marcus made.
I am very disappointed in his service.

I asked the booking agent if we could cancel at any time and they said yes but did not give details that we have to provide documentation for the cancellation. They also did not tell me I would be pre-paying for my reservation but that I had to book with them in order to make sure we got the pet friendly rooms.

This has been a very difficult time for me, as I recently lost my father who lived with me. Despite that, Dennis made this entire process so much easier. It was truly the smoothest and most pleasant purchase I've ever made. His professionalism, customer service, and expertise in the computer program we were working with were exceptional. I firmly believe every salesperson should thoroughly know their product, and Dennis clearly demonstrated that.
If you have a gold star or recognition program, I would love to nominate him. This reservation was especially hard for me to make, as it's meant to be my "decompress" vacation after my father's passing, and Dennis really took care of me and worked wonders. I am very grateful.

I only reserved one night one room and ended up with 3 reservations for 2 rooms. Tried calling back but got no assistance because they were non-refundable. Had to get the hotel to cancel 2 rooms which they did thankfully
