Traveling back from Thanksgiving break, Stacey helped me secure a room while we were driving on the road. She was an absolute delight to work with and found us a room that was just a 30-min drive away.
Don't use this company! They charge your card before they tell you that you had an opinion to buy refundable rooms. By the time they do. It becomes a non refundable room. We were traveling in bad weather and wanted to make sure if we could not get there it was refundable. Told yes. Took our credit card and then said we had the option to get refundable room for an additional fee. Long story short. We contacted HR and no response or refund as been issued. We travel a lot. Do yourself and stay away from this company.
I was trying to explain that I was given a better rate when I had originally called the hotel and I didn't understand why it would change within an hour of me calling so he did not clarify that this was not the hotel directly called but a third-party booking site was wrongly charged, and now that I called the hotel they do not have the confirmation of my booking
Tammy was a horrible agent to speak to. I'm not sure if they get paid by commission. I felt very rushed and felt as if she was selling me a car. I booked and five minutes later I had to cancel because she added the wrong details for an example occupancy Guest. Who stays in a suite with five guests and only reserve for one person? She also included military discount which none of us are military. Having to adjust the reservation was a hassle. Finally I just decided to cancel the entire reservation. It was a waste of my time. Go through the app instead.
Needed to find 2 rooms to beat the storm Tuesday. Called Holiday Inn and spoke to Gwendolyn was very helpful. Was able to book rooms at reasonable price for my friend and myself.
The hotel we wanted to book was fully booked… But Jesus was so helpful in finding us one nearby… He made the whole experience very easy… he is an excellent customer service rep!
It was amazing, he was courteous and we'll spoken. Very knowledgeable (knew which screens he was using and answered questions quickly.) I would definitely call again for a reservation.
Sometimes it's difficult to find lodgings for one nite during Xmas. But I have found and have made excellent reservations every year at the Red Roof Inn of Fairfield. It almost feels like home. And everyone I've dealt with, from agents to staff has been wonderful.
Hugo helped me book a pet-friendly room that fit my budget. Even with a slight issue using my Visa card, he was able to resolve and process my payment promptly. All was completed in a short time and my room was ready when I got to the hotel just minutes later. Thank you Hugo!
Evangeline Ang was our representative and she did a great job, was patient and totally understood the situation. She was thorough and efficient.
Flights cancelled due to snowstorm, wasn't able to find a room on line. Called and Hugo was able to walk me through everything right down to the shuttle. I was in my room an hour later feeling the stress of the day vanish.
As soon as he answered (very politely and professionally)He made me feel very safe, comfortable and confident he cared about me and my family, even about giving me the most beneficial gift of personal needs of pricing and quality assurance that I have never experienced before. He made sure that everything was covered and completely correct. He was able to know what exactly was going to cost for my age group and explained everything. He was so patient and never made me feel like I was being a problematic guest or spoke too much about my life, Gilroy and the circumstances surrounding my daughter and I staying in the Hotel. I'm sorry for the novel but it's just me being honest and blessed that I had The opportunity and experience that I will have in my heart forever because Ucheen. I wish he worked at the hotel so I could give him the Bestest HUGE HUG 🤗 and meet him in person so I could THANK HIM IN PERSON.

My brain can't comprehend all of the hate and negativity in this world now, so it's a huge part of the reason why being treated with kindness, respect and compassion means everything to me today and there truly are Amazing People. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Rosalinda did NOT explain there would be a pet fee. When asked was told it was included. Ended up paying almost $100 more than quoted. Then promised. First floor room which we did not get. Told us it was guaranteed. I would. Never use this service again.
Hugo was very helpful in getting my reservation setup as well as answering all my questions. He was very thoughtful and professional.
I called twice and thought I had been hung up on but it turned out that they just didnt let me know to hold on the line. The 3rd x gave me Hector and he was so very helpful with my questions and concerns. I felt heard and very well taken care of. Thank you for being a reassuring & friendly voice!
Emilio was wonderful; helpful, friendly, pleasant, efficient, and over-all, a delight to talk with. Quite a contrast with my normal calls to a centralized booking facility.
Terrible experience. I was charged for 2 rooms even though I made a reservation for only 1 room. This fraudulent company wouldn't even refund me but instead gave me a voucher. That's fraud. The employees paid to assist me did not seem like they knew what they were doing.
When I made the reservation you confirmed we could have the room until 4PM the next day as we were attending a wedding. When we checked in at the hotel we were told that was not possible. We were not happy as that was the reason we picked the hotel. Not pleased at all!
Zel was helpful and so kind. She made the reservation experience a breeze and I really appreciated her help adding another night's stay to our trip.
Brenda made getting the reservation easy and quick and at all time friendly and professional. She made the experience great, better than I have in the past.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
