When we booked the hotel we asked if we could possibly check in at noon due to it being an unexpected stay. We were on 80 west and due to a snowstorm 80 was closed right past the Danville excited and the traffic was backed way up when getting off when redirected. So we decided to just stay overnight. The room the agent booked was overpriced, could have gotten for a lot less via a third party but I just went ahead and booked it. When I got to the hotel they tried to charge an additional $40 for an early check in. I explained what happened and they waived the fee. I was not told that when booking the room.
The driver was very kind and knowledgeable. He knew the area very well.
I am a cancer patient and he helped me unload my luggage and then told be there was no charge, I believe Uber has a program that gives cancer patients rides or at least a discount. Either way it had been a long flight and a very smooth transition from the airport to my hotel.

Well I was very misinformed, thought I was making a reservation directly w Holiday Inn, Im a reward customer, ask to get room top floor, when we arrived wasn't on reservation, they only have 2 floors, was put on 1st floor also was given a cancelation policy, wasn't aware I did cancel that, not happy at all.

Someone that actually delivers Five Star Service. I can see him being Employee of the Year in comparison to other hotels and staff.

Called this morning to make a reservation for my daughter and granddaughter traveling to Omaha. I was assisted by Miguel who proceeded to help me like I have never been before; he was able to find the best rates available and couldn't have any more helpful! He was pleasant, very profesional and friendly! We have stayed at the hotel before but had not booked directly with the hotel, which I should have done long ago! I totally recommend this hotel!
Traveling back from Thanksgiving break, Stacey helped me secure a room while we were driving on the road. She was an absolute delight to work with and found us a room that was just a 30-min drive away.
Don't use this company! They charge your card before they tell you that you had an opinion to buy refundable rooms. By the time they do. It becomes a non refundable room. We were traveling in bad weather and wanted to make sure if we could not get there it was refundable. Told yes. Took our credit card and then said we had the option to get refundable room for an additional fee. Long story short. We contacted HR and no response or refund as been issued. We travel a lot. Do yourself and stay away from this company.
