I was deceived into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel which is what I wanted. I did not want to book through a 3rd party. I was also not told of an additional charge of $50 per night at the hotel, I found out when I got there. Then when I tried to get a refund, I was told on the phone it was approved and then they never credited my card.

I am a diamond member and stay at Hilton properties several times a year. Our company employees stay at Hilton's over a 1,000 times annually - maybe we should switch to Marriott.

Joyce lied to me when I asked if she was from the Hyatt front desk before I would make a reservation and she said yes! I specifically told her I don't deal with third parties and again said she was front desk at the hotel. Cancelled after contacting the Hyatt directly and my so called reservation was not found. The card given for payment was cancelled and the payment will not be processed
Called after checking online because I had a question about discounts. Rooms were available online but rep told me they weren't. Either the system needs to update faster, or fire this woman.
I have been a long time member of Marriott n this was the hardest reservation I have. I could. Not understand the accents of both first person n supervisor n then they wanted me to text in my credit card which I am not willing to do n one of the reasons I talk to people. He seemed unable to understand so I just hung up.
I have also found none of my direct booking on Marriott Bonvoy n trying to get a call. I have several reservations to make.

Corey booked the wrong dates for my hotel. I was arriving after midnight and asked that I am booked on the prior day since I will be leaving in the morning. Instead he booked me for the after midnight date - the date I'm leaving. But I'm leaving in the morning. The specific dates, that should have been booked for January 25 leaving on the 26th. Despite my explaining all this to him he booked me for the 26th leaving on the 27th. So I did not have a room booked and had to rebook then I had to call Expedia and get the wrong booking change. In addition, Corey charged me a rate twice what I charged what I was charged when I arrived at the hotel and booked myself. I lost about an hour working through all this when I should have been sleeping. Guys like Cory who don't know what they're doing and also have a bad attitude do not reflect well on your company.
Answer: SCAM. Huge Fees, no refunds. Would NOT recommend. Do yourself a favor and Pass by when you see this site.

Answer: I was just too tired to drive 90 minutes home. I needed to be back to this area really early in the morning, so I saved 3 hours of driving time and got a good night's sleep also!
