You sounded drunk and you reserved and charged me for the wrong night even though you asured me it was for tonight! I'm at the hotel and had to pay another $500 to get my family including an elderly man and baby a room for the night. And now I have a fully paid room for tomorrow night and I don't need a room then! Pleasant enough on the phone explained I travel with 2 dogs ok no problem. Quoted me a price that did not include pet fees. Also non refundable due too late booking. Arrived at said hotel and was quoted an extra 40 dollar pet deposit. Not impressed. Hotel is a fine establishment. Booking agent is a huge disappointment
