I needed to reserve a room for my son traveling from Oregon back down to Huntington Beach, California Fort Bragg Motel 6 was about halfway. I had the pleasure of having Wanda answer the phone. She was very clear very well spoken. I understood everything I reserved him a room in Oregon and that was not the case so I appreciate Wanda!
Booking my reservation online was a little difficult. They did not let me know exactly how much was going to be charged to my credit card at the end of my stay. They only told me what would be charged that day. I had to ask a lot of questions before they told me, I have to pay a resort fee every day plus property taxes was not included in my total. I also had a hard time understanding her accent. I canceled the reservation.
Now the person that I canceled my reservation with was so sweet she totally understood she was very kind. She also had an accent, but I could understand her.
She was pleasant and made my reservations without hesitation and gave me options that the website couldn't handle.

Having to book a room late is already annoying, but she seemed very happy to help and was willing to make sure I was happy with my accommodations, even if it was just for a single night. Would hope most people in this feild would be as courteous as her

We have had a very unfortunate cancellation of our flight, causing a chain reaction of problems. We had stayed 2 nights at the Marriott in Long Island and last minute need another night before our new flight. I got Jaztine when I called to rebook and she was so kind and helpful. She had such a nice cheerful demeanor and was such a sweetheart. Got us 2 new rooms, was very patient and we are all set. I rarely take the time for a survey or review, bit she is so worth itβ¦ thank you so much for your great people π
