I had to get to owen sound immediately for a very sick relative, with no notice. The owner Syed Ashraf wause very kind and understanding. He got me a good vehicle, excellent on gas plus knocked of some money on top of that to help me out, being I'm on a fixed income and far from being wealthy

Rates were reasonable, car was clean and ran with no issues. Open on Sunday, which is more rare than you might think. We plan to rent here again the next time we need to.

When I brought it up to him, he not only changed the car for me but also provided me a complimentary upgrade due to inconvenience caused to me due to inaccurate description on BookingGroup website about the car's capacity.
